Refund policy

Timeframe
You have 14 days from the date you receive your product to return it. If 14 days have passed, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received: unused and in their original packaging. For products where hygiene is important, the item must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.

Exclusions
For hygienic reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including but not limited to underwear, lingerie, tights, and specific personal care items.

How to initiate a return
If you wish to return a product, please send an email to info@theharlowsisters.com including:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • A photo of the product in case of damage

  • Your contact details

Refunds

Procedure
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically within 30 days and credited to your original payment method.

Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund after 30 days, please first check your bank account. If the refund is still not visible, contact us at info@theharlowsisters.com.

Costs

Return shipping costs
All customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a Track & Trace service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Returns must be sent to China. Return shipping costs start from €20 and are fully at the customer’s expense.

Exceptions

Defective or incorrect products
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a replacement free of charge. If the issue occurs again on the second attempt, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.

Order cancellation
Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed due to our automated system.
